Ember is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu culinary program in Portland, Oregon, and brings a diverse culinary background that includes healthcare, K-12 foodservice, catering, bakery operations, restaurant, and casino and resort dining. Most recently, she has been part of the team at Jollymore's Restaurant in Lewiston, where she has supported both restaurant operations and catering events.
