Chad began his journey in the restaurant industry in 1997, by working at various establishments such as Burger King, McDonald's, Shari's, Pizza Hut, and The Swinging Doors. At The Swinging Doors, he grew professionally and became a manager, dedicating a decade to its success. In 2017, Chad joined the WSU team in Pullman, taking on various roles including FSWL Float, Salad Bar Attendant, Natural Station Cook, Dinner Cook, and Sous Chef at Northside Café. Each position presented him with unique challenges and allowed him to further develop his culinary expertise. In February 2023, he obtained his CSC certification, validating his skills and dedication to professional growth. Since August 2023, he’s been teaching cooking classes, sharing his passion and expertise with aspiring chefs and home cooks.
