Nutrition Month

March is National Nutrition Month! This month, WSU Dining and the Center for Civic Engagement are celebrating the importance of making smart food choices and building healthy eating habits. Explore the variety of events happening throughout March—designed to help students actively engage in nutrition-focused activities and discover ways to support their health and wellness.

Want to learn more about what you’re eating? Check out NetNutrition®, our online tool that provides nutritional details for menu items across our Dining Centers, Espresso Bars, and Markets. With NetNutrition®, you can filter foods by dietary needs, explore meal options, and build balanced meals with ease.

Need personalized guidance? WSU’s Registered Dietitian, Martha Flores, is here to support you. She can assist with managing food allergies and intolerances, navigating the dining centers, offering tips for eating on a budget, and providing guidance on healthy eating and dietary preferences like vegan or vegetarian diets. You can book an appointment with her here.
