Build a reception that fits your event from the options below. The quantity of hors d’oeuvres needed for an event varies, but a good rule of practice is to plan 6-10 pieces per person for the first hour, then 4-6 per person for the following hours. Butler passed hors d’oeuvres available; a per hour, per wait-staff fee will apply.
