Hillside Café
Hillside Café is conveniently located near the center of campus. It is the smallest dining center, which creates a tight-knit environment. If you’re craving a taste of home, this is the dining center for you!
This semester, Hillside Café will have reduced hours of operation and be closed on weekends. On weekends, residents at Community/Duncan Dunn and Elmina White Honors residence halls will receive a 50% discount when they dine at our other two dining centers, Northside Café and Southside Café.

Yogurt and Fruit

Looking for something quick and simple? We have a selection of fresh fruit, as well as packaged cut fresh fruit. Or, try one of our yogurt parfaits, made with fresh fruit, locally sourced granola, and organic whole-milk yogurt.
Gluten-Free Options
Check out our gluten-free zone for a variety of gluten-free muffins, cookies, bagels, and breads. Our gluten-free zone also houses a separate toaster with a lock combination reserved for students with severe allergies to gluten/wheat. Big Cat Grille

From the classic burgers, fries and shakes combo to our unique Korean tacos, Hillside’s Big Cat Grille has something to meet your cravings! Build your own grilled cheese, burger, or Korean taco, or try one of our featured sandwiches or loaded French fries of the day! Vegetarian/vegan options are available, and sandwiches can be made with gluten-free bread on request.
Field of Greens Salad Bar

Our salads are much more than just vegetables! Choose one of our freshly prepared grab and go salads as an appetizing side dish or as a full meal. Our selection includes popular favorites like chicken Caesar, coleslaw, and potato and pasta salads, as well as exciting new items like our lentil apple salad and refreshing lemon mint tabbouleh.

Baked and packaged right here on campus, our selection of pastries, breads, cookies, and other baked goods are here when you just need a sweet treat. From banana bread to our famous lentil chocolate cake, as well as several vegan baked goods, we’ve got options to satisfy any dessert craving. Prepackaged gluten-free pastries are also available upon request.
Most dining locations on the Pullman campus, including dining centers, will require ordering via the GET app until further notice.
