Our dining centers are proud to offer a large selection of items for breakfast. The Big Cat Grille offers hot items like biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs.
Build Your Own Breakfast Sandwich
You can also build your own breakfast sandwich from our large variety of items. You start with a bagel, biscuit, croissant, or an English muffin. Add
bacon, Canadian bacon, deli ham, or a sausage patty. Top that with egg whites, or a whole egg, and finish it off with a slice of american, cheddar, or swiss cheese!
Create Your Own Omelet
There is nothing better than a hot omelet that you get to build! You can choose from egg whites or a whole egg to start out. After that you can add bacon, ham, peppers, mushrooms, diced onion, or black olives. Add some shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese and you're ready to go!
Cereal, Yogurt and Fruit
In a hurry? Looking for something to grab on the go? All of our dining
centers offer a large choice of cold and hot cereals, fruits, and yogurt
options.
Top it All Off
No breakfast is complete without a little something on top! We offer peanut butter, maple syrup, strawberries, raspberries and whipped butter to finish off your breakfast.

Big Cat Grille
The Big Cat Grille offers students burgers (garden burgers also available), chicken sandwiches, chicken strips and more! Feeling really hungry? You can add bacon or ham and american, pepper jack, cheddar, provolone, or swiss cheese to your order!
Field of Greens Salad Bar and Soups
Looking for something light, fast, and easy? Try our Soup/Salad/Deli bar. You will find fresh, ready made salads and sandwiches.
