Carlita's serves genuine tortillas and corn chips made from the traditional family recipes of the De Leon family of De Leon Foods, a Spokane-based company. The De Leon family uses Shepherd's Grain flour in making their product. Shepherd's Grain is grown by an alliance of local farms committed to sustainable practices.
