We have a wide variety of dining locations to meet the diverse needs of the WSU Community.

Residence Dining Facilities

The residence dining facilities serve a wide variety of foods, catering to the varying needs of our community. Menus feature something for everyone and include a complete vegetarian selection. All of the Dining Centers prominently label and highlight for students: Healthy Options, Vegetarian Options, and Vegan Options. Residence dining facilities are conveniently located around campus: Southside Café serves the south campus community, Hillside Café and Carlita's serve the central campus, and Northside Café serves the north campus community.

Carlita's Mexican Grille & Espresso @ the CUB

Carlita's Mexican Grille and Espresso is located in the newly renovated Compton Union Building. Carlita's is a local, sustainable eatery featuring authentic cuisine and local ingredients.

Markets

The Markets provide a wide variety of convenience items including: hundreds of snack items and beverages, frozen and refrigerated food items, pre-paid calling cards, toiletries, and sundries. The Markets accept the Residence Dining Account and Cougar CASH and are located in each of the three primary dining facilities (Northside Café, Hillside Café, and Southside Café) and in the Stephenson Center. Espresso Bars

There are nine Espresso Bars located conveniently around campus. They feature Starbucks and Seattle's Best Coffee & Espresso, Fair Trade Coffee, assorted bottled beverages, soups, and a variety of fresh-made sandwiches, salads, and pastries. Learn More!

Webfood

You may also opt to order lunch or a snack online, and pick it up at your convenience. Please visit wsu.webfood.com to order online and pick up at Carpenter Espresso Bar, Cleveland Espresso Bar, Bustad Espresso Bar, Lighty Espresso Bar, and Cyber Café.
